What information do we process?
This website provides information about Superio Bio and our activities. We do not offer contact forms, sign-ups or user accounts, and we do not collect personal data from you directly.

When you visit the website, technical information, such as your IP address and other connection-related data, is processed automatically by our website provider, Squarespace, to deliver, maintain and secure the website. We have disabled the Squarespace activity log, and we do not use website analytics or marketing tracking.

Purpose and legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in operating, maintaining and securing the website, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We weigh these interests against visitors’ rights and freedoms and keep the personal data processed to a minimum. Squarespace may also process certain information for its own purposes under its own privacy terms.

Website provider and international transfers
Our website is built and hosted by Squarespace, which processes personal data on our behalf as our data processor under a data processing agreement.

Personal data may be transferred to the United States. Squarespace relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for such transfers. For more information, see Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Cookies
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies provided by Squarespace, which are required to deliver and secure the website. We do not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. Under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven), consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

The website sets one cookie, which is used for security: it protects the website against cross-site request forgery and lasts for the duration of your browser session.

Retention
Technical data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, in line with Squarespace’s hosting and security arrangements. Cookie lifetimes are described in the Cookies section above.
